    Board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, Dr. Goodman has been in private practice since the founding of The Arthritis and Rheumatology Clinic
in December 1987.
    A Louisiana native, he
is a graduate of Jesuit
High School in Shreveport, Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport.
   Dr. Goodman’s post graduate training includes an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina and
a Fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis, Tennessee.
    He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, and the American College of Rheumatology. In his leisure time, Dr. Goodman is an avid fly and bass fisherman.
